The Executive PG program is a one-year, full-time,
campus-based program designed for executives with
more than three years of work experience.
The
program, offered at IBS Hyderabad, is an executive
development program intended to enhance the
career prospects of the participants.
The program is designed to enhance the skills and competencies of talented and
ambitious young executives.

During
the one year of study, the candidates are expected
to obtain a broader perspective on the nuances of
managing at a time of great change, and acquire the
skills to lead teams and organizations to success in
a globalized, competitive business environment.
Objectives and Philosophy
The program aims to enhance its students'
capability to manage and lead. On completion of the
program, students would have learnt to:
» Adopt a systematic approach to identification
of business problems and their solutions
» Use their analytical, problem solving and
decision-making skills to deal successfully with
issues in finance, marketing, manufacturing,
human resources, information technology,
strategic planning and international business.
In addition, at the end of the program, they would
also have acquired:
» Familiarity in applying the skills acquired
through the program in business situations
» Effective team building and leadership skills
» The skills necessary to lead teams and organizations in a turbulent and competitive environment
