| On May 22, 2018, Oscar Health Insurance (Oscar), a New York-based health insurance start-up, found a place among CNBC’s top 50 disruptors of 2018. Oscar was ranked twelfth on the list (See Exhibit I for 2018 CNBC Disruptor 50 Companies).
