Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise

In June 2002, Teleos and the KNOW Network³ released the findings of the "2002 Global Most Admired Knowledge Company Study" (MAKE). Xerox Corp, (Xerox) featured in the list of the top 20 companies in the world which were knowledge-oriented, and achieved customer and shareholder satisfaction through innovation and knowledge management. Xerox was also one of the 11 companies which featured every year in top positions of the MAKE report since the awards were instituted in 1998. Commenting on this, Tom Dolan, president, Xerox Global Services, said, "Xerox's culture of collaborative knowledge sharing and organizational learning is a global benchmark that serves both our clients and employees well."⁴
