Dr. Syeda Ikrama is a Senior Faculty Associate at IBS Case Research Center, ICFAI University. She has published 70+ case studies, many of which have won international awards and some are published in reputed peer-reviewed journals. She has a PhD in Business Management from Telangana University, India and an MBA and B.Com from Osmania University (OU), India. She has a teaching certificate - UGC-NET in business management. She has 12+ years of experience in case writing, teaching, and research. Her areas of interests include Entrepreneurship, Business Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Innovation Management, Leadership and Digital Technologies for Managers. She has won several international awards from Emerald Publishing, The Case Hub (American University of Beirut), The Case Center, and E-PARCC (Syracuse University) in case writing. Prior to joining ICFAI, she was an assistant professor for three years and associate professor for two years in MBA Department, ISL Engineering College (OU), Hyderabad. She was also part of teaching assignments for undergrad programs at St. Ann’s Degree College (OU), Hyderabad for a brief period.
