She holds a Master’s degree in Hospital Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm). She is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management. She also brings hands-on industry experience in hospital operations, having worked as a Patient Care Manager and Hospital Operations Manager at KIMS Hospital and Owaisi Hospital. This blend of academic and industry exposure enables her to contribute practice-oriented perspectives to research and case writing. Her areas of interest include Strategic Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), organizational behavior (OB), Hospital Management, and Healthcare Technology, with a particular focus on people management, organizational dynamics, and technology-enabled transformation in healthcare organizations.
