Abstract

One of the leading private banks in India, ICICI Bank, has been offering wealth management services to its targeted High Net-worth Individuals since the mid-2000s. This case study focuses on the prevailing wealth management scenario at the global and domestic level and the wealth management products and services offered by ICICI Bank. It provides the scope to discuss the challenges ICICI Bank is likely to face in the wealth management service design and the steps it could follow to improve the quality of the services.
