Abstract

The Indian two-wheeler industry is a very dynamic and competitive industry. It was once dominated by local players collaborating with their foreign counterparts. But the last couple of years have seen the foreign players rule the industry. The transformation has shaken once industry majors like Bajaj and TVS. Innovations, the ability to launch new models, and pricing are some of the major factors affecting the industry. The case study will help the participants discuss the dynamics of the Indian two-wheeler industry while doing the industry analysis.
