Abstract

The case focuses on the charges of discrimination against Boeing. The case elaborates the treatment meted out to minority and female employees in the company and discusses a few cases filed by its emplo-yees against the company’s discriminatory practices. The case discusses the lawsuits filed against Boeing that allege racial, and gender discrimination and the implications of such suits on the company.
