Abstract

The case study examines how Victoria Myers (Myers), global head of talent attraction at Amdocs, and Asaf Jackoby (Jackoby), SVP of global human resources, piloted and launched an internal mobility solution, the Harmony program. Amdocs, a multinational software and services company, experienced rapid growth during the COVID-19 pandemic. This challenged the various HR systems in place at Amdocs and exposed their weaknesses. A primary issue was the lack of effective integration of various HR processes that led to inefficiencies in talent acquisition, learning & development, and internal mobility. The case study would help examine challenges such as scaling the program as well as ensuring data privacy. In addition, it highlights the crucial role of leadership commitment in driving the success of talent initiatives, emphasizing the alignment of talent management with business goals and the creation of a culture of growth and development.
