Lisa was born on April 19, 1957, in the small fishing town of Gloucester, Massachusetts, US. She said, “We didn’t travel much when I was a kid – I grew up in a really small fishing town in Massachusetts with only 25,000 people. Even today, when I go back, a lot of people have never left or have never gotten to experience what it’s like to travel.” She grew up among the Italian and Portuguese population associated with the fishing business.
